Do I need a valid professional license to take the course?
No. You may take any of the courses simply for your own education. You have the option at the beginning of each course to receive an official certificate or not.

I would like to take a course but I don't want to use a credit card. Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes. On the billing portion of the registration section you will have an option to pay by check or money order. Once your payment is received, we will make your login information functional so you can begin your course.

I don't see the course I want listed. Do you offer any courses other than what is currently on your site?
All courses we have available are posted online however we have several courses under construction and are continuously updating our course list. If you would like to request a specific course in your state Click Here to fill out a short request form.

How are the courses structured? Do I need any extra plugins/programs?
The courses have an easy-to-follow graphics and text format. The courses are divided into sections, each with a series of review questions at the end. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that you have successfully completed the course and a signed, original certificate will be available to either print or have mailed to you.
You do not need to download any extra software to take any of our courses. At the beginning of each course there is a list of system requirements which are standard on most computers.

Do I have to correctly answer questions to get my certificate? What if I miss a question?
You do have to answer each question correctly, however if you miss a question you will be sent back to review the correct section and get another chance to answer the question correctly.

Do I have to finish the course in one sitting?
No. Our courses are designed so that you can pause, save and resume courses at your convenience. You only have to take one hour of the class at a time. At the end of each one hour section, you will be given the choice of either continuing on to the next section or saving your progress and exiting.

Can I obtain an additional copy of my certificate?
Yes. We maintain records of all issued certificates and can re-issue one if yours is lost or destroyed. There is a $10.00 fee for each copy.

Is a printed version of a course available?
We do not issue printed courses in their entirety however you have the option of printing an outline for your selected course before you begin.

My state board requires that my continuing education courses are submitted to their offices. Do you submit them for me?
You are responsible for providing your course completion certificate to the appropriate state licensing agencies. Continuing Education Inc. does not provide any information to outside agencies.

My audio doesn't seem to be working. What should I do?
In Windows, go to Control Panel and select Sound and Audio Devices. After checking to make sure that your Volume is at a comfortable level, go to the Audio Tab. Under this tab, check that your soundcard is selected as the Sound Playback Default Device.
