Class Description:
    Recent events in Farmington indicate that anyone who sells property that has a septic or on-site system may be at risk
    due to permit fraud, inspection fraud and other irregularities. Through no fault of your own, you as a real estate licensee
    may be contributing to illegal activity. For example, falsification of a septic system is loan fraud, if a loan is involved.
    This course aims to give you the tools necessary to protect yourself from these and other irregularities by teaching you:

         - the basics of liquid waste regulations in New Mexico
         - all types of transfer inspections
         - what to look for in a system permit
         - how to spot a bogus or illegal permit
